Frequently asked questions

What types of invoices can it read?
It works best with ZRA Smart Invoices in PDF or image format (PNG, JPG, BMP, TIFF). It reads the standard ZRA invoice fields including TPIN, customer name, invoice number, date, description, sub-total, VAT and total.
How accurate is the OCR?
For standard ZRA Smart Invoices, accuracy is above 95%. The system also includes a review step where you can correct any field before exporting, so you're always in control of the final data.
How do I pay? Is mobile money supported?
Yes! You can pay via Airtel Money, MTN Mobile Money, or bank transfer. All payments are processed securely through Lenco by BroadPay. No international card needed.
Is my invoice data secure?
Yes. The app runs over HTTPS with 256-bit SSL encryption. Uploaded files are processed and immediately deleted from the server — they are never stored permanently.
Can I process multiple invoices at once?
Absolutely. You can upload and process multiple invoices in one batch. They all extract simultaneously and appear in a single review table before export.
Do I need to install anything?
