My invoice data extracted incorrectly — what do I do?
Use the Review & Edit step before exporting. You can click any field in the table and correct it manually before downloading. OCR accuracy is above 95% on clear ZRA Smart Invoices.
My payment was deducted but my plan wasn't upgraded.
Email us at support@invoiceextractor.cloud with your payment reference number and we'll activate your plan within a few hours. For Lenco payments this usually happens automatically — if it didn't, please reach out.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
Go to the login page and click "Forgot password?" — enter your email and we'll send you a reset link valid for 1 hour.
Can I get a refund?
We review refund requests case by case. If you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, contact us within 7 days and we'll do our best to help.
